Step 7:   Find the date of the instance you just created. Click on that item and you should find yourself inside the profile management utility.
Some of the information about any particular researcher's experiments tends to be static (like location information) while other information tends to change with each experiment instance (like date and time).

The use of profiles allows static information to be stored and attached easily to any number of scheduled events.

Step 8:   Since you have no stored profiles, you will have to create one.
